2008 Craft Fair

Dear Exhibitor;

Thank you for your interest in the Framingham Auxiliary Police Craft Fair and Flea Market. This year we are holding our Twentieth Annual Fair on Saturday, March 29, 2008.

Last year's fair was once again a great success! Our average attendance over the years has brought approximately 2,000 customers to shop and purchase your goods at the fair. We teamed up with the Mason's CHIP Program and offered dental impressions, DNA and fingerprinting for children during the day as part of our annual child safety program. Our fair was written about, and advertised in numerous local area publications. Naturally our advertising and publicity efforts will continue to be significant. In fact we anticipate an outstanding day.

This year's Craft Fair and Flea Market will be held on Saturday March 29, 2008 at Keefe Vocational Technical High School. This facility is indoors, convenient, attractive, and there is an abundance of free parking. There is also a snack bar with a rolling cart that comes through the fair during the day.

Vendor's are responsible for supplying their own tables and chairs. If you are interested in renting these items they are available for $2 per chair and $10 per table with advanced reservation included with the application. While supplies last, these items will be available to rent at the door for $3 per chair and $13 per table. A driver's license will be necessary as a deposit for all rentals and will be returned when the items are returned.

To make more room for customer parking, we will again be arranging for vendor parking across the street from the school. If for any reason, for example medical problems, this presents a problem, please indicate so on your application form, so we can make alternative arrangements for you.

Your name has found it's way to our mailing list, and therefore, we wish to extend to you the opportunity to register for our fair before other exhibitors. If you respond before March 1, 2008 we will guarantee you space. We hope that you will join us for this years show.
